JDeveloper 11g will go GA on October 1st. The drop will be announced during this morning's keynote. We were informed yesterday at the ACE Director briefing but asked not to release it until today.
This drop obviously does not contain any of the FMW 11g stuff, there will be a second 11g JDev release that syncs with the FMW 11g release next year. It does however have all of the Java and ADF tooling. Another interesting tidbit is that it will run Oracle Weblogic 10.3 instead of the usual embedded OC4J.
